Helping professionals over 50 reinvent themselves through meaningful volunteer work and mentorship across Czech Republic. Specialist in life transitions, community building, and post-career fulfillment in Moravian communities.
Petra's journey into second act coaching began when she witnessed her own mother's successful career transition at 52. That experience inspired her to formalize her passion into professional practice. She's not the type to work from theory alone — she's lived through the questions her clients ask.
After earning her Master's degree in Adult Education from Charles University in Prague, she spent 8 years as a career counselor with the Czech Ministry of Labour before founding her coaching practice in 2014. Her breakthrough came through developing structured mentorship frameworks with Czech Červený kříž and Člověk v tísni, organizations where she now serves as a strategic advisor.
The numbers tell part of the story: she's coached over 450 individuals through career transitions and trained more than 120 volunteer mentors across Moravian communities. But what really matters is this — she's helped hundreds of people discover that the years after 50 aren't a conclusion. They're an opportunity. An opportunity for contribution, growth, and building something meaningful.
Four core areas of expertise that guide her coaching and mentorship work across Czech Republic
Guides professionals over 50 through intentional reinvention. She doesn't just help you figure out what's next — she helps you build a life that feels authentically yours. One-on-one coaching focused on values, skills assessment, and meaningful direction.
Works with Czech Červený kříž and Člověk v tísni to connect career-changers with meaningful volunteer roles. She's developed training frameworks for mentors and helps match people with organizations where their experience makes real impact.
Designs and runs structured mentorship programs across Ústí nad Labem and surrounding Moravian communities. These aren't casual coffee meetings — they're organized, goal-oriented relationships that develop both the mentor and mentee.
Specializes in helping people build fulfilling lives in Moravian towns and communities. She understands the unique landscape of smaller communities and helps people find connection, purpose, and contribution there.

"The years after 50 represent not a conclusion, but a powerful opportunity for contribution and growth."
Petra's coaching methodology is rooted in something simple but powerful: she treats every client as someone with valuable experience and untapped potential. She doesn't buy into the cultural narrative that says your career ends at 50. She's seen too many examples of the opposite.
Her approach is practical and values-centered. She won't ask you vague questions about your dreams and then leave you hanging. Instead, you'll work through concrete assessments of your skills, your values, your financial reality, and what actually matters to you at this stage of life. Then you'll build something real.
She's particularly passionate about volunteer work and mentorship because she's seen how transformative it can be. Volunteering with Czech Červený kříž or Člověk v tísni isn't just about helping others — it's about reconnecting with purpose. It's about using the expertise you've built over decades. And it's about being part of a community that values what you bring.
Working in Ústí nad Labem and the surrounding Moravian communities, Petra understands something important: not everyone wants to move to Prague or pursue a corporate comeback. Many people want to stay in their communities and build something meaningful there. She helps them do that.
No scripts. No generic frameworks. Every person's second act is different, and she treats it that way.
Coaching means moving from insight to actual change. That's what matters.
She believes in the power of local communities and building connections that last.
Your 30 years of professional work isn't behind you. It's your foundation.
